A booking is complete once the payment is made. If you wish to pay through another method than credit card please contact us through the form.

No refund is possible in case of cancellation of any players: this is a live experience with slots that we cannot reassign.

After your booking, you can add players by clicking here. If you come play with more players without having paid the added amount online, every player added will be charged 30€.

FAQ

What themes do you offer?
We currently have 4 themes available in English: the Red Lady, Pirates' Treasure, the Cogs of Time and Unicorn Party.
How many people can play?
Each themed room can accommodate from 2 to 6 players. Assemble your team before booking. For an ideal experience we advise you to be 4 or 5 people.
How can we book?
You can book online. The booking will be complete once the payment is made.

Are there any restrictions or special requirements ?
Unfortunately our facility is not yet equipped with a wheelchair access. Children are welcome over 10 years old, accompanied by adults, please note however that the escape game is challenging. Pregnant women can enjoy the game too since there are no physical challenges.
How long does the game last?
The game lasts 60 minutes. However plan about one hour and a half: there is a briefing before the game starts to explain everything you need to know, and a souvenir picture after the game.
Where are you located?
Our rooms are at 8 street Maurice Caunes, in Toulouse. You can find our localization at the bottom of the page. We have five parking spots reserved for our players.
Are we really locked up?
Yes you are. However your game host will be watching you during your adventure and it is possible to exit before the end time simply by asking. For safety reasons, and to help you in the game, you will be watched by cameras in the room, but no recording is done.
Is there air-conditioning?
Our rooms are air-conditioned.
What are the available languages?
For now, the Treasure of pirates, the Red Lady, Unicorn Party and the Gears of Time are available in English and in French. Our other rooms are only in French.
Payment method
You can pay by credit card or use holiday vouchers. If you wish to pay by any other method, please contact us.
Changing a session (reschedule, adding players, etc)
If you have booked a slot and some or all of the players cannot be there, there will be no refund. This is a live experience with means allocated that we cannot reassign.
